How to Order

After you fill your order form, you will receive e-mail about your order. This e-mail confirms that we have received your order and tell you how to pay your order.

 

There are 3 methods of payment:

-  Transfer to our Bank account number.

-  Pay by Paypal.

-  Cash On Delivery / COD at Bukit Panjang LRT Station (Self Pick Up Point).

 

Shipping Methods and Costs

Depending on the item(s) you purchase and the location to which the items will be delivered, different shipping methods will be available. Each shipping method has its own restrictions and charges that will be applied to your order.

 

Shipping Surcharges

Some items may be subject to additional shipping and handling surcharges due to:

  • size or weight

Delivery of Your Items

Delivery of your items can take anywhere from 3 to 5 full business days. Business days are Monday-Friday, excluding public holidays within Singapore.

 

Oversized Items

Some heavy or oddly shaped items must be shipped alone via a freight trucking company. Usually, Oversized Items arrive in 7-14 full business days after leaving the warehouse. Most Oversized Items leave the warehouse within seven full business days.

 

Shipment Confirmation.

This e-mail confirms that your order or part of your order has shipped.

 

Canceling Your Order

After you have clicked "Send My Order," you may be able to cancel your entire order. Simply email us to cancel your order.
